Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Haridwar

1• Arrival in Haridwar: Begin your journey by reaching Haridwar, one of the holiest towns in India. 2• Evening Ganga Aarti: Attend the famous Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri, a serene way to start your pilgrimage. Overnight stay in Haridwar.
1• Drive to Barkot: After breakfast, depart for Barkot, which serves as the base for the Yamunotri trek. 2• Visit Kempty Falls (Optional): If time permits, stop at Kempty Falls near Mussoorie for a refreshing break. Overnight stay in Barkot.
1• Drive to Jankichatti: After an early breakfast, drive to Jankichatti (36 km), the starting point for the trek to Yamunotri. 2• Trek to Yamunotri: Begin the 6 km trek either on foot or by hiring ponies/palkis. Enjoy the scenic beauty along the way. 3• Visit Yamunotri Temple: Upon reaching Yamunotri, visit the Yamunotri Temple, dedicated to Goddess Yamuna. Take a holy dip in the Surya Kund hot spring before offering prayers. 4• Return to Barkot: Trek back to Jankichatti and drive back to Barkot. Overnight stay in Barkot.
1• Drive to Uttarkashi: Depart for Uttarkashi after breakfast, which lies on the banks of the Bhagirathi River. 2• Visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple: En route, visit the Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Uttarkashi. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.
1• Early Morning Drive to Gangotri: Depart for Gangotri, the source of the holy Ganga River. 2• Visit Gangotri Temple: At Gangotri, visit the Gangotri Temple dedicated to Goddess Ganga. Take a dip in the Bhagirathi River and offer prayers. 3• Return to Uttarkashi: Drive back to Uttarkashi for the night. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.
• Drive Back to Haridwar: After breakfast, head back to Haridwar. You can visit nearby attractions if time permits. Departure: You can proceed with your onward journey from Haridwar.
